STEP 1 – YOU RENT
 
 1a) WHERE DO I START?
 
To begin, simply type in the name of any DFW apartment or click on one of the buttons below the search bar (see picture below) if you would prefer to narrow down your search:
 

 
Or simply scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on the name of a city to begin:
 

 
1b) NARROW YOUR RESULTS
 
 Once you arrive at the "search results", your options are endless. By clicking any of the drop down menus at the top of the screen you can personalize your search results until your heart’s content.
 
For example, say you would like a 1 bedroom apartment in Dallas for < $1,000?
  • Click here to begin
  • Scroll to bottom of the page and click "Dallas"
  • Click the "Bedrooms" drop down menu at the top of the page and select "1 bedroom"
  • Click the "Price" drop down menu at the top of the page and select "less than $1000"

Not happy with one of your selections? All you have to do is click that item and it will be instantly deleted from your search string. For example:

1c) VISIT THE APARTMENT AND NOTIFY THE LEASING AGENT YOU FOUND THEM THROUGH YOURENTWESPLIT.COM
 
Once you have found a worthy candidate, simply visit the apartment to ensure that it meets your expectations and sign the lease.
 
On the lease, you must indicate that you found the apartment through YOURENTWESPLIT.COM. Failure to indicate this could result in the forfeiture of any rebate.
 
1d) NOTIFY YOURENTWESPLIT.COM
 
In order for you to get paid, you must let us know that a lease has been signed. To do so, simply return to the appropriate apartment page, and click "CLAIM YOUR REWARD." As indicated below.
 

 
A form will appear requesting all necessary information. Once you have completed the form, an email will be sent to our staff who will then invoice the apartment so that payment can be processed as quickly as possible.
 
STEP 2 – WE SPLIT!
 
Now for the fun part. Once you sign your lease and notify YOURENTWESPLIT.COM, all you have to do is move in to your new home.
 
Once we receive payment from the apartment property (typically no more than 30 days after you move-in), you'll receive exactly half of posted commission which is indicated by the "WE SPLIT" % next to each apartment.
